The National Weather Service said through 5 p.m. areas south of Interstate 95 and 66 will be affected by brief heavy rainfall, gusty winds 25 to 35 miles per hour. Heavy rain could reduce visibility and cause ponding on roads.
Rain showers and possible a thunderstorm are expected Wednesday.
