Businesses are opening, closing and planning for the years ahead this week—here's your weekly business news round-up from Arlington and beyond.

Owners of Vienna’s Maple Avenue Restaurant have plans to open another eatery called "Water & Wall".

You’ll be able to work off what you eat at Exercise Nation, a new fitness facility open now near the intersection of S. Walter Reed Drive and Columbia Pike.

Hess plans to shut down most of its retail facilities to focus on oil exploration and production, but it’s not clear if the Arlington location is included in those plans.

If you’re into art, the Potomack House in Old Town Alexandria is selling an original Andy Warhol print of Marilyn Monroe. The price may be upwards of $50,000.
