Street Level: What Should Replace Smoothie King?

What type of business would best fit this location?

The Smoothie King on Wilson Boulevard across from Ballston Common Mall has closed. With this prime location now vacant, we want to know what Arlington residents want to see here.

With Pizza Autentica and Matsutake Sushi & Steak as neighbors, what kind of business would best suit this location? What are we lacking in this part of Ballston?

We want to hear from you! Tell us in the comments what you would like to see go here.

We don't need another sandwich shop/fancy schmancy salad shop/vitamin store/barber shop/tanning bed/fro yo/mattress store. We need a BUTCHER SHOP, like a real society made up of adults!

More importantly, what's going to replace the Chevy's that just closed?

Shop House Southeast Asian Kitchen. There is only one so far, and it is in Dupont in DC. Really yummy and not at all expensive.
