About this column:

Every week you'll meet an adoptable pet or pets by way of a video shot by members of the Animal Welfare League of Arlington
Cleo is a three-year-old spayed female, Labrador Retriever.  She is smart and playful and would be great for an active family.  Spot is a five-year-old neutered male, Rat Terrier.  He is good with other dogs and walks nicely on the leash.  Noodle is a five-year-old neutered male, Beagle mix.  He is super sweet and very food motivated, so we expect he would be a great candidate for obedience training.  If you are interested in any of these three cuties, please stop by the Arlington Animal Shelter, located at 2650 S. Arlington Mill Dr., Arlington, VA 22206.  To view all the animals currently up…
Petulia (A034309) is a Netherland Dwarf rabbit.  She is currently 1 year, 3 mons. old and is spayed.  Petulia is very social and as you will see, playful as well.   She is currently up for adoption at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington with several of her friends.  Come visit Petulia, and see if she is the perfect fit for your family.
Rudy (A034628) is a 1 yr. old, gray male rabbit.  He was brought to the shelter as a stray about a month ago and is still looking for a warm, loving place to call home.  February is Adopt-a-Rabbit month, so come on in and check out all we have to offer.
Lochlain and Martin were surrendered when their owners moved.  They are a little nervous at first with new people, but easy-going and friendly after they get to know you.  They are a bonded pair, so they must go home together.  Come check out these two little cuties (and many other's) today!
The Animal Welfare League of Arlington is offering free adoption of cats over three years old through the holidays. Kittens are full price but they have about 70 cats that qualify for free adoption. Stop by the AWLA in Shirlington to see if one of these adorable cats or kittens would fit well in your home and family.
