All service on Amtrak Acela Express and Northeast Regional trains between Washington and Baltimore has been suspended because of downed wires near Bowie, MD, and the MARC's Penn Line is down, too.
Metro is honoring tickets and some buses will be arranged to Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Odenton and New Carrolton.
