Arlington Mill Community Center: Gallery
New $36 million project will be complete soon and come in slightly under budget.
Construction began on the new Arlington Mill Community Center in August 2011 and will be complete this month. The new 64,000-square-foot facility includes a fitness room and full-size gym, outdoor plaza and several multi-purpose rooms.
Some programs will begin Sept. 3. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated for 5 p.m. Sept. 21.
The center is open to the public. The fitness room requires registration, though registration at any county-owned fitness center is accepted.
