Date of inspection: Nov. 27
Ready-to-eat food is not protected from cross contamination by separating them from raw animal foods. The lemonade mix was stored in the same container as raw chicken breast in the two-door counter refrigerator. Raw oysters were stored over cooked crawfish tails.

After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in a chemical manual operations, using a proper solution. No sanitizer was observed in the basin at the bar where glasses were being cleaned.
