Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt — North Arlington

The frozen yogurt store opened last week at 2439 N. Harriston St., according to the Tutti Frutti Facebook page. Among the store’s unique offerings are soy-based yogurt.

Unleashed by Petco — Pentagon City

The pet goods boutique Unleashed by Petco is opening in the space formerly occupied by the Hallmark Gold Crown Store in the Pentagon Row shopping center at 1101 S. Joyce St. Think Petco, but smaller. No word yet on when the store is set to open.

Trade Roots — Westover

The Trade Roots store in the Westover neighborhood is now open. They will host a grand opening from 4 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 2 at 5852 N. Washington Blvd. The store is described as a “fair trade gift store.” More information is on the company's website and in our previous article on Trade Roots coming to Arlington.

First Virginia Community Bank — Clarendon

The First Virginia Community Bank is expanding to Arlington County and will be opening a branch at 2500 Wilson Blvd. in Clarendon. The bank acquired the First Commonwealth Bank of Virginia last week, the company announced in a news release.

In the next several weeks, the bank will notify its newly acquired customers about products and services. First Virginia expects to complete the transition of operations and services in December.

The bank is based in Fairfax and is a state-charted bank serving small- and mid-sized businesses and personal banking customers in Northern Virginia.
