Patio Parties, Beach Cocktails: Capitol City Brewing Co. Ready for Summer
Shirlington location kicks off seasonal specials Monday.
A hurricane is about to blow into Shirlington. Several, actually.
It's just one of a number of drink specials Capitol City Brewing Co. has lined up to get ready for summer.
The restaurant will begin hosting weekly patio parties at 7 p.m. Mondays starting June 24. The patio parties feature a burger and pint of beer for $10 — cash only.
Capitol City will also offer several beach-inspired cocktails and martinis all summer for $9 each.
These include:
- Chocolate Strawberry Martini (Godiva chocolate liquor, Stoli Vanilla Créme de Cocoa, half & half, and real strawberry preserves)
- Tequila Sunrise (tequila, orange juice, splash of grenadine)
- Captain’s Raspberry Iced Tea (Captain Morgan, lemon juice, raspberry Monin, and topped off with iced tea)
- Hurricane (white rum, orange and pineapple juice, splash of grenadine, topped with Myers Dark Rum)
- Blue Dream (Stoli Blueberry, Malibu, pineapple, splash of grenadine and Blue Curacao)
