"The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Watch for the Metropolitan Area (including the District of Columbia) from Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night. Tidal anomaly of 2 TO 3 feet possible. Expected impact; moderate coastal flooding in low lying areas possible."
