Dumplings 101 with Scott Drewno

Over the years, Chef Scott Drewno has developed a
strong passion for Chinese cooking -- in no small part to his travels to
mainland China, where he learned secrets available only to a precious few.
Nowhere are his skills more evident than in his delicate dumplings. Join Scott
on Saturday November 9 from 12noon to 2pm for a hands on class in dumpling
making -- from dough to filling to dipping sauce -- and then sit down to enjoy
a dim sum brunch at the acclaimed Source restaurant (included in the price of the
