Arlington’s 44th Annual Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Please join is for Arlington’s 44th Annual Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Washington-Lee High School (1301 N. Stafford Street, ARL, VA 22201).  

The event will feature a performance by Grammy nominated Progressive Hip-Hop artist and multi-instrumentalist Christylez Bacon, and an MLK dance tribute by Urban Artistry, an international collective of artists and dancers.  

To honor Dr. King’s mission of service, a Volunteer Fair will be set up beginning at 6:30 p.m. with area non-profit organizations.  A photo gallery displaying images of Arlington during the civil rights era will be set up in the lobby.
