Fall Vegetable Gardening

In this workshop participants will learn how just a few minutes of work in late summer can provide rewards in September, October, and even November. The workshop will cover: extending the gardening season with easy, nutritious fall-harvested crops; choosing late-season vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, bok choi, carrots, lettuce, and spinach; winterizing the garden and preparing garden tools for winter storage; and benefits of cover crops.
