This yoga workshop is for all ages and abilities. Class fee is $25.00 per family.
Witness and reflect the spirit of both your child and your inner child, taking turns supporting and nurturing each other. Yoga is a great equalizer and a way for a family to connect. Your child will love helping you work on poses that come easily and naturally to them. This workshop includes yoga poses that engage the creative mind and the physical body alike.

About the Instructor
Beth Maderal grew up in the metro Detroit area and earned a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan. She holds certification in Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Children’s Yoga. She has taught yoga and dance at various public and private schools, at yoga studios, and at yoga retreats. Beth is on the faculty of Girls Prep Charter School where she teaches yoga and dance, and is on sabbatical to travel and study in India. Beth joyfully shares her skills for building family closeness and community identity through movement, music and breath in family Yoga workshops.
Beth Maderal is co-author of LEARN, PLAY, PRACTICE: YOGA FOR CHILDREN. This book, written in a playful way, introduces children to the postures, the breathing and the alignment of Yoga. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the Family Yoga Workshop. www.LearnPlayPracticeYoga.com
