Nov. 14 is the deadline to RSVP for the Rock Spring Garden Club's Fourth Annual Holiday Floral Design Event on Nov. 21, 2013 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Learn floral design techniques for the upcoming holidays the fun and simple way from Sarah von Pollaro, a PBS host, and owner of Urban Petals.
