VHC Healthy Aging Lecture: Two New Ways to Age in Your Home

Candace Baldwin of Capital Impact and Scott Bauer of Goodin Homeshare will present: New initiatives occurring nationally and locally are designed to help us age in place.  Village organizations help coordinate access to trusted services and are overseen by volunteers and staff who live and work in our community.  HomeSharing is a supportive housing model that connects homeowners with unrelated individuals looking to share a home.  Join us as we learn how either options fosters independence through interdependence as we aim to age in our homes.  Please RSVP to the Senior Health Department of Virginia Hospital Center at 703.558.6859.
