Yard Sale to Benefit Northern Virginia Rape Crisis Center

 I am hosting a yard sale on Friday to raise money for a nonprofit organization that I co-founded, Northern Virginia Rape Crisis Center.  
You may be shocked to learn that Arlington does not have sexual assault services.  Moreover, Fairfax County has very limited services, and all victims in Northern Virginia (Loudon, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, and Fairfax) have to go to Inova Fairfax Hospital in order to receive a no-cost exam by sexual assault nurse examiner.  Needless to say, there a lots of reforms we are taking on... 
I hope you  can attend the yard sale.  We have lots of furniture pieces, kids' toys, DVDs, books, ride-ons, clothes (tags still on!), and much more. Portion of the proceeds will benefit the NVRCC.  If you can't make it, and you are interested in supporting us, you can donate at our fundraising site.
