The top story should have been that the Arlington Board is abandoning the Streetcar and instead building a MONORAIL.

They really do need to abandon the street car idea, it makes no sense to me! I went to school in Philly and they have a same thing, they call it the trolly. It creates unnecessary traffic. The bus and train system we currently have works...
