The Healthy Gut... Strong Bones Connection

Who would have thought that your bones and your gut are dependent upon one another? Many cases of osteoporosis are directly connected to poor digestion and assimilation of essential nutrients.

The connection between poor or improper digestion and osteoporosis is becoming stronger and stronger. Eating healthy foods to help strengthen your bones is only half the story. Healthy bacteria also play a significant role the health equation.

Being able to properly digest the foods you eat and get the nutrients to the tissues in your body is the other half of the healthy bone equation. That along with practicing the proper type of health-exercise make for a powerful ally.
