Crystal City Man Charged with Indecent Exposure
Police say man exposed himself at crowded residential pool.
A 29-year-old Arlington has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself at a crowded pool at his Crystal City apartment complex.
John Michael Cloutier has been charged with indecent exposure.
Police say Cloutier was drunk shortly before 4 p.m. Sunday at the residential pool in the 1600 block of South Eads Street.
He was sitting in a poolside chair when he exposed himself to about 25 people, including children, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck told Patch.
Cloutier then ran to his apartment, where police later found him, Sternbeck said.
He was held on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
