News Sources Report Gas Explosion in Ballston Building

WJLA reports a gas explosion in a Ballston apartment building has injured at least one person.

Update 3:11 p.m.:

ARLnow.com reports that 100 people in the building have been displaced by the explosion. The displaced residents are being housed in a nearby church, the article states.

WJLA reports a Ballston apartment building sustained a gas explosion on Saturday and that one person is being treated with burn wounds. Two apartments in the building have been damaged, the article says.

The building is located on the 4300 block of North Carlin Springs Road, about two blocks from the Ballston Common Mall.
