Investigators on Wednesday continued to look for two men who robbed an Arlington auto parts store earlier this week.
Two men wearing ski masks entered the Advance Auto Parts in the 5400 block of North Lee Highway shortly before the store closed at 9 p.m. Sunday, Arlington police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck told Patch.
One forced an employee to lay on the ground while the other pulled a gun on a second employee. The man with the gun demanded the employee open the store's safe, which he did.
The man grabbed cash from inside, put it in a bag and went to the front of the store to get more cash from the registers. The masked men then ran away.
Sternbeck would not say how much money was stolen.
The bandits were described as two men in their 20s wearing dark clothes and ski masks.
No customers were in the store during the robbery, Sternbeck said. Police have been unable to recover surveillance video, he said.
No one was injured during the robbery, Sternbeck said.
