Police: Man Exposes Himself to Officers Before They Can Question Him

Spokesman: Officers stopped man regarding an earlier vandalism case.

A Rockville, Md., man was charged with indecent exposure early Wednesday in Arlington.

Police stopped Paul Drayton Jr, 25, of Rockville, in the 1500 block of North Veitch Street shortly before 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The officers stopped him because he met the "exact description" of a person described in an earlier vandalism case elsewhere in Arlington, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck told Patch.
