Police: Man Exposes Himself to Woman at Arlington Central Library

A 67-year-old man was charged in the incident.

A 67-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to a woman inside the Arlington Central Library, according to the Arlington County Police Department.

Patrick Robert Rooney, of no fixed address, was charged with indecent exposure, according to police. He was held with no bond.

Police report that the incident took place at 5:30 p.m. on March 14 in the 1000 block of North Quincy Street.

Officers located Rooney shortly later in the area, according to police.
