Police Seek Crystal City CVS Robbery Suspect
A man reportedly concealed merchandise and ran away from a drugstore in Crystal City.
The Arlington County Police Department is looking for a person who they believe attempted to rob the CVS in the 2400 block of South Jefferson Davis Highway on Wednesday.
A CVS employee confronted a man after seeing him conceal merchandise, according to police. “A chase ensued and the suspect assaulted the store employee, allowing him to flee the scene,” according to police.
Police described the man as being in his 20s, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a Chicago Blackhawks hat, a gray-and-purple striped shirt, faded black or gray jeans and black-and-white Nike sneakers with a black Nike swoosh on the sides.
