Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lee-Jackson Day: What's Open, What's Closed in Arlington County

Lee-Jackson Day is Friday, Jan. 17. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is Monday, Jan. 20.

Arlington County offices — including public schools, human services and libraries — will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

All state offices are closed Friday, Jan. 17, for Lee-Jackson Day, and again on Monday.

Arlington County Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court will be closed both days.

The Arlington Mill Community Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday; all other community centers will be closed that day.

ART will run a Saturday schedule for Routes 41, 42, 51, 77 and 87 on Martin Luther King Jr. Day; all other buses will not operate. Click here to see the ART bus holiday schedule.
