Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) is coming to Arlington Tuesday, July 22 to meet with local business leaders and grassroots activists at two sold-out events.

The likely GOP presidential contender will headline a business roundtable at 6:30 p.m. at Le Meridien Arlington followed by a mixer with young professionals at Arlington Rooftop Bar and Grill at 7:30 p.m. More than 200 people are expected to show up at the pair of events.

Pete Snyder, a Northern virginia technology entrepreneur, helped organize the events with former Republican state attorney general Ken Cuccinelli II, who lost last fall’s governor’s race to Terry McAuliffe (D).
