Hotel to become Condos

Condos coming to well-liked extended-stay hotel site in the Virginia Square area.

Arlington's extended-stay hotel called AKA Virginia Square will allow people to live there permanently -- when it becomes a condo building.

AKA Virginia Square will become Arc3409 (the building is at 3409 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington and it features curved balconies on some floors).

There will be 85 condos in the building, according to Curbed DC, and you can buy one later this year.

According to the website for the condo building, you can expect: "Modern Style. Quartz. Stainless Steel. Solid Hardwood. Open Spaces. Classic Curves. Ample Amenities. Elegance Everywhere." Little other information is given on arc3409.com, but interested people can provide their email address to receive updates.

The condos will be one, two and three bedrooms each. No details yet on pricing. The hotel had received positive reviews on TripAdvisor and on Yelp
