2013 NCAA Tournament: Where to Watch March Madness in Arlington This Weekend

Georgetown loses to Florida Gulf Coast Friday night, but there are still plenty of games on! Men's basketball TV schedules, sports bars; East Regional Semifinals in DC and more.

March Madness is underway and there are just 32 teams left "in the dance" this weekend assecond-round play starts Saturday.

You're probably free from those pesky work restrictions this weekend, so here's where you can watch the games this weekend. 

Games are being broadcast on TruTV and other channels, and at www.ncaa.com/march-madness-live.

That groan you heard from the other side of the Key Bridge last night? Georgetown University lost to Florida Gulf Coast University. The score was 78-68.

Tickets to East Regional Semifinals and Finals in Washington, DC at the Verizon Center.

The East Regionals are Thursday, March 28 and Saturday, March 30 at the Verizon Center in DC. You can still get tickets by going to the Verizon Center website or by searching for tickets online from ticket reseller Stubhub.com or a similar service.

Who’s in the East Regionals? As of Saturday morning, eight teams are eligible, but only four of the teams will make it to play at the Verizon Center; those teams are to be determined based on this weekend's play.

Who’s favored to win it all?

The four No. 1 seeds heading into the tournament were Louisville, Kansas, Indiana and Gonzaga. Of course, anything can happen, but the early favorite based on betting in Las Vegas was Louisville.

The finals are April 6 and April 8 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

What is the NIT?

Many joke that the NIT means “not in (the) tournament” but it actually stands for National Invitation Tournament.

The NIT field of 32 teams also starts their tournament on Tuesday. Those games will appear on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3.

Virginia teams in the NIT this year: University of Virginia and Norfolk State.
