Drink Your Bok Choy!

Want the benefits of Bok Choy but don’t feel like cooking?  Here’s a healthy alternative.  And don’t turn up your nose until you’ve tried it.  The combination of apples and Bok Choy yields a mild, sweet drink.

  • 2 heads organic baby Bok Choy
  • 1 – 2 medium organic apples
  • 1 cup cold ice
  • juice immediately

An alternate recipe:

  • 1 bunch organic Bok Choy, loosely chopped
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 1/2 organic orange, juiced
  • 1/2 organic lemon, juiced
  • 1 organic apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup cold water or ice
  • juice immediately
