Organic Cabbage Soup
As promised, here is a recipe for a delicious, low calorie cabbage treat, perfect for the cold weather (and good even when it’s not so cold outside). Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of organic olive oil
kuzu root
(mix 4 tablespoons of cold water with 2 tablespoons of kuzu root and a tablespoon of organic soy sauce)
2 cups of organic green beans (fresh if in season or frozen)
1 medium head of organic cabbage cut up
2 medium organic onions diced
1/4 lb of organic chicken cubed
3 organic carrots
1 cup of organic celery
10-12 cups of water
sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Sauté onions and chicken approximately 5-7 minutes.
Add Kuzu root mix.
Add 10-12-cups of water bring to a boil.
Transfer to a crock pot (slow cooker); add the vegetables.
Cook 1-2 hrs.
