WORST PLACE EVER. I took in a silk dress, only worn twice, to be dry cleaned before wearing it to a wedding. Picked up on a Monday night, and when I got home, I noticed a tear in the fabric. Took it back Tuesday night, and the manager basically called me a liar, saying that I did that to my dress and they won't do anything about it. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DRY CLEANER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Dry Clean Outlet AKA Dry Clean Pro
The worst experience's in my 35 plus years having my shirts and pants dry cleaned.
I had been using them for three plus years with okay results and great prices.
Until I picked up my last batch of dry cleaning. Upon putting on one my favorite Brooks Brothers shirt I discovered several burn holes. Upon my next visit to Dry Clean Outlet I showed the clerk the damage, after examining the damage he took the shirt back to a woman I can only assume was the manager. She "claimed" the damaged was caused by moths and the burn marks around the holes were caused by the moths.
There are many issues about the statement that are B.S.
1. Why would the moths only damage one shirt?
2. The damage looks nothing like any pictures on the internet of moth damage.
3. All the articles I researched clearly state that keeping cloths clean will prevent moth damage. Dry Clean Outlet can see by their records that I take cloths to them every 10 to 14 days. Did I leave one dirty shirt in the bottom of my closet?
