Here we are, in November already. I hope you all are having a wonderful start to the cold and wintery months. I think I actually saw hints of frost on the cars around Ballston yesterday! Not a welcomed sight for me, I'll tell you that. But on a more positive note-November means we get to start a new featured ingredient in our recipes for the month. For November, we'll be featuring pecans. As always, we'll be featuring this ingredient in multiple types of components to a great meal. This month, we'll be making an appetizer, a side dish, a main course, and of course-a dessert. Now, before we get started, I have to share something with you.
