St. George’s Episcopal Church: “We Feed God's People”

Following opening morning ceremonies Saturday, members of St. George's Episcopal Church, in Virginia Square, set-off on the 10K Arlington CROP Hunger Walk, putting their hearts and souls in motion in hopes to help alleviate poverty and help feed the one billion plus hungry people in the world. "Our mission statement, to feed God's people, captures the essence of our St. George's group thought essence, as well as our calling to grow in our corporate and individual spiritual lives," said parish member Angela Churchill.
