Arlington County Government Holiday Schedule
Arlington County Board will hold its traditional New Year's Day organizational meeting on Jan. 1.
Arlington County offices — including courts, human services and libraries — will be closed Monday and Tuesday for Christmas Eve and Christmas. The offices also will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Open Door Mondays are cancelled for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. On Wednesday, Arlington County General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Arlington Circuit Court will be open 1 to 4 p.m. that day. DMV Select is closed Wednesday. Barcroft Community Center will be open 6 a.m. to noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve; all other community centers will be closed those days.
