Ray's Hell Burger Restaurants Close in Rosslyn
The Ray's Hell locations were closed Wednesday.
The Ray's Hell Burger and Ray’s Hell Burger Too locations in Rosslyn have closed — and the landlord who owns the properties alleges the owner owes about $70,000 in rent. A sign posted on the front doors at 1725 Wilson Blvd. and a few doors down at 1713 Wilson Blvd. indicate the landlord has changed the locks. “Do not unlock this door under penalty of damages,” a sign states. Another sign directed customers to Ray’s to the Third, an affiliated restaurant, across the street. Last week, attorneys for Colonial Village Shopping Center, where the restaurants are located, filed two unlawful detainers against the limited liability companies that restauranteur Michael Landrum uses to operate Ray's Hell Burger and Ray's Hell Burger Too.
