The incident happened as the woman walked home from work at 12:10 a.m. Monday in the 4100 block of 4th Street North, police report. The man ran away from the scene. He is in his late 20s, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He wore a red long-sleeve shirt, black pants and a black hat, police report.
