I was born and raised in Vienna, VA and grew up a die-hard Redskins, Capitals and Orioles fan! 

One of my biggest pet-peeves is people who grew up being Orioles fans but then promptly switched alligence once the Nationals came to town, though I really do not blame people for abandoning the Orioles.

I attended Emory University and stayed in Atlanta three more years before moving back to DC.  Not having easy access to DC sports did not lead me to becoming an Atlanta sports fan but instead led me to become a NASCAR fan.  Don't laugh!

I moved back to DC to get my MBA at George Washington University and am days away from graduating.  I am super excited to return to the "real world".

I am also certain that this excitment will wain precisly four days after returning to the "real world".
