The Rocklands team cooked up the idea for watermelon "burgers" after seeing Mark Bittman's "Fruit on the Grill" column in the Sunday New York Times a few weeks ago. Rocklands will be grilling watermelon "burgers" with cheese. The blue-plate special is a watermelon "burger," choice of two sides and a drink for $6.99.
