NWS Issues a Severe Thunderstorm Watch
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 6 p.m.
From the Arlington Alert service: "National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the entire National Capital Region until 6:00 pm this evening. Expect large hail and damaging winds with activity increasing in the early afternoon."
